SilverStone SST-SX450-B SFX Series - 450 watts

Thanks to the SFX format, the SilverStone SST-SX450-B is primarily designed for mini cases (mostly in mini-ITX format) and offers high performance with minimal dimensions. It comes with a quiet 80-millimeter fan with an optimized fan curve. This makes the SST-SX450-B a good solution for almost all users who want to combine high performance with low noise.

The power on the 12-volt line, which is important for graphics cards, also delivers enough power at a full 450 watts (37.5 amps). Important protective circuits are on board with overload protection (OPP), undervoltage protection (UVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP) and short-circuit protection (SCP). Instead of a multiple-split 12-V line, this version has a very powerful single rail and is therefore even suitable for multi-GPU systems.

There are two PCIe 6+2 pin connectors in total. In addition, there is a 20+4 pin, a 4+4 pin, three SATA, two 4-pin Molex and a floppy connector for the mainboard and peripherals. But the SST-SX450-B is also in the top league when it comes to efficiency, achieving an efficiency of up to 85 percent, which is why it has been awarded an 80 PLUS Bronze certification.
