Over those orders I picked up a full loop's worth of gear — XSPC pump/res combo, Alphacool CPU block, Phobya radiators, tons of fittings (hard and soft tube), plus all the fluids and additives needed to get everything running clean.**Customer service:** Top notch. Pretty much the only place I trust for watercooling bits.

If watercoolinguk sell something i need, its where i will get it from. Orders always arrive on time and intact. I have never received an order from them in broken boxes and items are delivered into my hands not dumped by the bins as most other companies do.

I have purchased from this company for more years than I care to admit. Prices and service have always been good as far as I am concerned. I hope you continue in the same manner going forwards.

Contender for the No.1 "Go-To" for your build's needs!One of the few companies that, over time and attention have have built and maintained Trust and repeatedly demonstrated Care for their Customer! 95% of my experience with WCUK has been super awesome - Easy to browse + locate items; Certainly amongst the most competitive prices; A straightforward checkout process as well as reassuring and empathetic support, again, with an easy access portal. The other 5%? - Sometimes things go wrong and what's important is communication. With fast response to query and real-world advisory WCUK again hit the mark for excellent Service. It must also be said that in my case WCUK have gone above and beyond far enough and often enough to eulogis a whole narrative of superlatives. i'd simply like to put my own, "HONESTLY approved!," stamp here though, with the commentary:~ A company with a definite vibe for Professionalism, courtesy, community and Service, that can make the shopping experience feel very personal.

Speed of delivery, price, availability... Can't fault it

I bought a PC case which I could only find on Watercooling UK. I had issues with the payment processing so I emailed their customer service. They responded with in an hour and had set up a solution within three hours. The purchase was shipped the next day and arrived the day after. Overall, an excellent customer service experience.

Bought Grade-B stock and was exactly as described. No issues with WCUK and arrived next day.

I have numerous orders from WCUK and I have to say they do not disappoint in any way, great delivery and fantastic support, as sometimes happen there might be an issue with an order due to manufacturer defect, yet WCUK support resolved all issues without any problem or hassle, also price match request is great if you wish to shop here but find some part cheaper elsewhere they might be able to help, many thanks for all your help and special thanks to Danny from customer service for help and patience. 5 star service and shop!

I ordered a case from WatercoolingUK, delivery was fast with no complaints however and this is a big however.I need to RMA the unopened package and attempting to use DPD or Royal Mail is not possible as you need a recipiant contact number Watercooling UK does not have a publicly available number to use...I have sent an e-mail and messages via the RMA ticketing system to receive a contact number.I've updated my review today as I recieved a response from Wcuk who have provided a contact number to use increasing the rating from a 3 to a 4, I believe the contact number should be supplied straight away by Wcuk when requesting a RMA to not delay the process and will advise them on this.

Good and nice product, cheaper than others shops, only down point it's waiting time availability and delivery, take up to one week to arrive and you can't book a delivery Saturday, Sunday even if you are extra CHARGED. Thanks all the best!

Only site I found that had the water pump and header I needed for my cooling system. It was reasonable priced and thanks to the quick delivery I didn't have long to wait before it was back up and running again.
