Bought a GPU water block and a radiator from water cooling UK I've used them before and never had any problems. It's been a while since I last used them and there service is still very good. They were fast to dispatch kept me up-to-date with my order and it was well packaged and arrived safe. Very pleased.

I recently ordered a Lian Li Dan A3 tempered glass side panel from this business and I was really pleased with it. I got it a day early which shows how fast they get it out the door shipping too you.The product it's self was double boxed with plenty of foam, no damage on the box or the product and I was really happy with this purchase considering how much of a pain it is too get this product from other retailers without paying a huge premium.Overall buying from this business was good experience and I'm happy all around!!

This is my first time ordering from this company and I'm very positively surprised by the excellent customer service, product quality, and shipping time. I bought the Jonsbo D-32 computer case, which is very nice and functional. It's a perfect fit for my mATX build.

This is my go to place for pc stuff. Has to be the best retailer out there for water cooled parts. The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen they always go out of their way to help even if it’s not something they would normally do. When speaking to the customer service it feels like they actually want to help instead of just wanting your money. No other words other than, the best thermal paste on the market.I used this paired with a Kraken X63 AIO Cooler by NZXT & replaced the paste that was included with the cooler with Thermal Grizzly and I've seen the temperatures drop by at least 5 degrees. Paired with good airflow and cooling this thermal paste is hard to beat.

I bought a white Jonsplus Z20 Micro-ATX case with a carrying handle. They have exactly the item I was looking for. The delivery and communication were also quick and easy to track. I can highly recommend WCUK!

Hi i haven't really started yet as i am a complete novice trying to build two computers/or one computer and one nas for my office.I like the N5 case design and decided to get two, this is the second one i have bought. The delivery was prompt and on time the outer box had a dent in it but that did not affect the N5 nas case inside, everything seems to there. so no worries i love it when a purchase is painless and stress free this was one of those times many thanks... looking forward to your January sales...if you have one:) kind regards Colin P.S. I purchased a Jonsbo N5 case, these cases are currently difficult to acquire here in the UK, was great to have the ability to purchase it here in the UK for less than buying it from China which had large delivery charge and a very long wait! I was able to pick up the case next day from their Manchester base, but next day delivery to my home was also an option if you live further away. Great service, with the price being the cheapest I could find, will definitely use them again.

Bought a reservoir from them only to realise I didn't have the correct pump at my end. Sent a message to them and within 30 mins had a reply with a link to the correct pump. Being a friday thought I would have to wait until the following week but a reply from Tom assured me it could arrive on saturday and true to their words it did, Amazing service thankyou.

Can’t beat the customer service. Yet again perfect customer service due to a fault with EK. I received the wrong accessory box for a gpu block in the box. Got a very, very fast response from Tom saying I can collect a replacement same day !. Got to be the best pc shop out there and the best customer service I’ve seen. Always 110% given by customer service. If you need pc parts and want the best customer service/fast delivery watercooling is the place to go :).

For a long time, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut was the undisputed king of thermal pastes for enthusiasts. I used it on my old, very hot-running Intel 7700K, and it worked very well, taming its temperatures better than anything else at the time. Based on that experience, it was my automatic choice when building a new PC.However, technology moves on. After upgrading to a 9800X3D, I was noticing high temps under load that seemed unusual. I decided to investigate, and after reading online that Kryonaut, while still good, has now been beaten by many other pastes, I decided to switch. I replaced the Kryonaut with Corsair's XTM70, and the results were immediate and undeniable. There was a noticeable difference in temperature, with a drop of several degrees under the exact same stress tests.

I was skeptical since I'd never shopped here before but it was the only store who had the PC case I wanted at a reasonable price. It arrived really quickly, packaged well and not a mark on it. Really pleased and if I need anything in the future I'll shop with these guys again.

I’ve made two orders recently and both have been excellent experiences. This company stocks more obscure parts for water cooling that I couldn’t find anywhere else, which has been a huge help for my project. While the prices are a bit higher, it’s well worth it for the availability and reliability. Both orders arrived the very next day, securely packaged and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Great selection of parts, always at competitive pricing, however of the last 3 orders I've recently placed...The first order didn't ship until I chased with customer services, and when it arrived had the wrong parts - was quickly put right but still meant I had to wait extra daysThe second order didn't ship and when I chased, it was because the parts weren't in-stock as advertised on the site so they had to wait for a replenishment order to fulfill, which again slightly bothersome as I'd ordered a more expensive part because it was in stock and I wanted the next day to crack on with my buildThird order, again paid for next day delivery for in-stock parts on a Tuesday but the goods didn't leave WCUK until Friday, though I did receive Saturday.Still think WCUK is a great shop, but their warehousing and dispatching processes clearly need some attention as it's a bit rich to charge £5 for next day delivery and then not actually dispatch for the next day.

Bought the Barrow gpu bracket off Ebay. Free postage and packaged well. Was unsure if it would fit with a 50 series gpu, but it did. Nicely machined piece of kit. Alot better than the plastic tat most sell on ebay or amazon.

Great delivery and service, it's very thick paste so doesn't go on as smoothly as other past you might have used in the past still I put enough on to cover the processor, worried it might have been too thick but seems to be working beautifully, would buy it again!

Perfect. Purchased as I recently have been hitting thermal throttling when doing CPU intensive tasks. It had been around 3 to 4 years since I installed my CPU cooler, so decided it was time to re-apply thermal paste. The paste was a good thickness and 1g did the trick. Now hitting 70-75c on the previous mentioned tasks. Cooled 30 degrees!It was a little sticky, but the included smearer helped.
