I hadn't heard of the company before I made the order but I needn't have worried; the computer tower arrived very quickly and was exactly what I'd ordered. I would certainly order from this company again.

Great price on the pc parts ordered communication was ok but the "Express" delivery was still a few days which I wouldn't mind if the delivery cost was lower . on the whole I'm happy but delivery prices or speed could be better that aside would most definitely use again Thank you

Bought a GPU water block and a radiator from water cooling UK I've used them before and never had any problems. It's been a while since I last used them and there service is still very good. They were fast to dispatch kept me up-to-date with my order and it was well packaged and arrived safe. Very pleased.

I purchased a gpu riser card from watercooling but found it was not suitable for my pc. But I had no problems requested an RMA which was dealt with swiftly. And a refund was credited soon after. Thanks once agian for the speedy manner you dealt with my return.

Excellent customer serviceI had a cosmetic issue (not fault to WCUK) with one of the fittings in my order and got in touch to see if it could be replaced. The response from WatercoolingUK was brilliant. Tom was quick, friendly, and sorted a replacement straight away with no hassle and no need to return the original part.The replacement arrived quickly and the whole experience was far better than I expected. I've bought from WCUK a couple of times. They have some pretty niche stuff, always well-priced, and in my experience if an item is out of stock it is soon back in stock. My deliveries have always arrived well-packed, on time, and by a reliable courier.

Purchased DPD express, and they still took 5 days to send it outWCUK: Purchases over the festive period are unfortunately delayed due to the bank holidays

Hi i haven't really started yet as i am a complete novice trying to build two computers/or one computer and one nas for my office.I like the N5 case design and decided to get two, this is the second one i have bought. The delivery was prompt and on time the outer box had a dent in it but that did not affect the N5 nas case inside, everything seems to there. so no worries i love it when a purchase is painless and stress free this was one of those times many thanks... looking forward to your January sales...if you have one:) kind regards Colin P.S. I purchased a Jonsbo N5 case, these cases are currently difficult to acquire here in the UK, was great to have the ability to purchase it here in the UK for less than buying it from China which had large delivery charge and a very long wait! I was able to pick up the case next day from their Manchester base, but next day delivery to my home was also an option if you live further away. Great service, with the price being the cheapest I could find, will definitely use them again.

Fast delivery and got exactly what I wanted!

I needed a wifi module for my old HP laptop and Watercooling had the Intel AX200 in stock for the right price. Easy to order, delivered on time, well protected packaging. The module is now fitted and working just fine, so overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable on the online chat, as were Lee and another guy who's name I didn't get (sorry mate!) when I picked up my order. Prices were excellent and the products have turned out great in my build.

I was skeptical since I'd never shopped here before but it was the only store who had the PC case I wanted at a reasonable price. It arrived really quickly, packaged well and not a mark on it. Really pleased and if I need anything in the future I'll shop with these guys again.

I’ve made two orders recently and both have been excellent experiences. This company stocks more obscure parts for water cooling that I couldn’t find anywhere else, which has been a huge help for my project. While the prices are a bit higher, it’s well worth it for the availability and reliability. Both orders arrived the very next day, securely packaged and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Great selection of parts, always at competitive pricing, however of the last 3 orders I've recently placed...The first order didn't ship until I chased with customer services, and when it arrived had the wrong parts - was quickly put right but still meant I had to wait extra daysThe second order didn't ship and when I chased, it was because the parts weren't in-stock as advertised on the site so they had to wait for a replenishment order to fulfill, which again slightly bothersome as I'd ordered a more expensive part because it was in stock and I wanted the next day to crack on with my buildThird order, again paid for next day delivery for in-stock parts on a Tuesday but the goods didn't leave WCUK until Friday, though I did receive Saturday.Still think WCUK is a great shop, but their warehousing and dispatching processes clearly need some attention as it's a bit rich to charge £5 for next day delivery and then not actually dispatch for the next day.
