All of their staff, Especially Rob, have been Extremely helpful with my enquiries over the last few months -I have emailed multiple times. RMA'd / changed my mind and orders withy them and they have been totally cool and helpful, giving me their knowledge willingly.This is how staff should be, they make you think of them as soon as you wish to get anything to do with watercooling your PC.

As a first time customer and ordering online, I wasn't sure of the quality of service that I would receive, especially as I was ordering during the Christmas period and with lockdowns caused by the covid virus.
