Thanks to Tom's advice I was able to sort out my water cooling issue. He responded to my email very quickly & gave me a number of options to choose from. Due to his help I bought the required parts from yourselves, as the quality of products were very good & at a competitive price. Also, I received them pretty quickly. I’ll be honest, I was super dubious making this purchase of the Jonsbo Z20 as on the website there are no reviews and it seems to be crazy hard to come by in the UK; however it came faster than quoted and the Jonsbo Z20 came in perfect condition and the build quality was heaven. Faultless experience, unfortunately my son go the wrong part for his case and so we had to return the ordered. Absolutely no hassle return and communication was really professional and pleasant throughout.

My GPU was getting incredibly hot, hitting over 85C and the fans were spinning loudly. I used some PureChem Isopropanol Alcohol (available on Amazon) to get rid of the old thermal paste and replaced it with this.The temperature dropped by 20C, and I'm happy with the results.

Purchased an EK-Quantum Vector2 Trio RTX 3080/90 ABP Set D-RGB and some Thermal grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste as I was building a rig for my sons 16th birthday. Been a customer directly or indirectly since around 2007 and I have never been failed. Fantastic products and service from an equally fantastic supplier. Although it is quite expensive, this paste is one of the best in providing good thermal connection between the processor and the cooling block. The paste itself is of a good quality and easy to work with. When I ultimately upgraded my processor the paste was also easy to remove with no residue left over. I would say this is a good product for the money.

Before I replaced the terminal paste in my PS4 slim, it was quite, loud, quite, loud..After replacing the thermal paste, my PS4 slim is almost completely silent, even when playing high performance games.I would highly recommend this thermal paste over any other brand!

From a personal point of things all things should be shown on the website if your selling it & me not have to mention or chase it up that was the only griper very minor. WCUK were always my go-to supplier for my enthusiast builds and after a break from building for a number of years I have found that they are still the best supplier for watercooling products. During the Xmas sales I've saved a small fortune on my current build. I have bought from the main WCUK site for large orders and from the store fronts on eB** and Am**** for small orders. What I really like is that orders are partly shipped with the available items and are not held back until all items are available.

Repasted my Acer Predator Helios laptop.always ran warm but figured it's because it's a gaming laptop. Temps dropped 20c after GPU and CPU repasted. Stable FPS and system just runs smoother.

I had a very disappointing experience with WatercoolingUK.I placed an order (#471740) on March 10th with an estimated 7-day delivery, meaning it should have arrived by March 18th. Not only did the order fail to arrive on time, but I also received no communication whatsoever until I had to chase them myself.Only after contacting support did I find out that my order was delayed due to stock being stuck in customs — something that was never communicated proactively. The order remained in “Processing” with no updates, no dispatch confirmation, and no tracking, despite the promised delivery date having already passed.If there are supply chain issues, that’s understandable — but failing to inform customers in advance and leaving them to follow up is unacceptable. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially since the items were needed urgently.While the support response was polite and offered either to wait or cancel, the lack of transparency and communication prior to that point reflects poorly on their service.Overall, unreliable delivery estimates and poor communication. I would hesitate to order again if timing is important.

He - first attempt of console strip downs, clean, and thermo paste replacement.Happy with self, and product. Original paste had dried out, crumbling and not a lot of it either.Consoles ranged from 1-several years use, and lots of dust, hair upon internals.Reason for investment, console kept shutting down.Bought an additional product (tools) to open up consoles, components to access areas of concern and maintenance. Check my other review for that.Hope you gain some value from this lived experience of use of this product in function, for you to be able to make an informed decision.
