Really great communication, fantastic prices and quick delivery. I placed 3 different orders with them and all were great prices and were dispatched very quickly. One instance where the dispatch was delayed they responded promptly to my message (It was very near Black Friday and their warehouse was busy due to COVID restrictions) and it was dispatched very soon after. There was a 4th order that I wanted cancelled and refunded and even that went smoothly. I will be buying from them again in future.

The web page description lacks accurate dimensions of mounting holes so I bought the fan anticipating that I would have to make fitting brackets to suit my PC tower case and this proved to be correct. Also, there is no description of the connector on the web page so I had to remake that as well. Otherwise, the fan is very quiet and has not failed so far.

First time I have used Watercooling UK, I normally use another larger competitor, however after a recent issue with that site I started to look far another supplier for my water cooling needs. Watercooling UK have filled that void, they had some fantastic deals on Black Friday / Cyber Monday even when other sites offering water cooling products had no discount at all. The customer services at Watercooling UK are awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services which is great given that they are probably all working from home. Since my initial order I have placed a subsequent 3 more order with them.

Easy to purchase and quick delivery, only issue is delivery date accuracy as I was not expecting it until the following week and luckily someone was home to accept the package.

Edit: the issue with not replying to my emails has been resolved. - I was receiving shipping/order emails, but replies from customer service were being sent to my spam filter. (I figured since I was receiving shipping emails that there wouldn't have been a problem.) - So I'm changing my review to 5 stars as they have in deed responded, and have explained that they're very busy with orders at this time of year which is what has been causing the shipping delays.old review - no longer relevant: I'm not sure how I feel about WatercoolingUK ... on one hand they have some parts in stock that I haven't been able to find at my usual online retailers. - on the other hand they haven't replied to my emails (sent 2 so far) and they've typically taken 4-5 days from purchase date before they dispatch my order, which then takes a further 2-3 days to arrive...Perhaps the dispatch delay is due to them being super busy this time of year and with the current pandemic they may be swamped with orders and short on staff... but that's just speculation! I don't know what the situation is and they haven't said a word to me or put any form of notice on their website to that effect.So I have to take things at face value... They gain points for having stock at good prices but they lose points for lack of any communication and order dispatch delays.

overall service is great ,fast shipping, but rma process takes forever , still waiting to return a few items i didn't use.i will edit rating as soon as they deal with my rma's
