All of their staff, Especially Rob, have been Extremely helpful with my enquiries over the last few months -I have emailed multiple times. Purchased an EK-Quantum Vector2 Trio RTX 3080/90 ABP Set D-RGB and some Thermal grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste as I was building a rig for my sons 16th birthday. I did my very first water-cooled system and managed to find everything that I needed to get the job done. Great prices (have searched other places for the same parts and WCUK has the best prices). The delivery was quick (less than 2 days) although it depends on when you place the order (morning/evening). Had to speak with Customer Service regarding a part and they were very speedy in replying and helpful. I definitely recommend you get your parts from WCUK!

Very excited to discover a new tech shop I can view and purchase from. Bought a few LED type fans but I got my order a little wrong, so contacting Watercooling they accommodated my request very politely. Order delivered efficiently, so I was happy. I'll definitely shop again.

Very friendly & helpful staff where no order is too small. Their prices are very competitive but their zero quibble really returns policy stands out so anyone building their own PC can be confident in the knowledge that should they order too many watercooling parts [for example] they can simply return the unopened items for a full refund without the "restocking" fee that most companies charge.

Had the item i needed much cheaper than anywhere else. I chose to collect my order as I live nearby, I was then notified that my order was ready to collect sooner than I expected. I can highly recommend WatercoolingUK and will not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered a Halo Dual Ring Fan Rainbow RGB 6 pin last week and got it Tuesday. Giving four stars because the fan didn't come with screws, but i have spares anyway

i ordered an alphacool eisbacher res/pump top in clear acrylic for inside my phanteks enthoo , res arrived on time , tracked clearly so i knew exactly where it was ... even though mancunia is only over the hills from me so next time i may go for a drive over , res looks stunning with RGB behind it and the waterfall feature of the res works fine without too high pump speed being needed , needs a lot of space for eisbacher as it is wide and tall probably being a challenge for many midi towers
