Excellent service quick delivery

Ordered a PC case through eBay the day before Bank Holiday Friday, was dispatched the same day and delivered Monday morning! Great communication all the way through. Excellent service all round.

I have ordered a number of items from WCUK over the last few weeks. In all cases, they have handled my orders quickly and accurately with very good delivery times (especially at the moment considering the COVID pandemic). I was kept fully informed of the statuses of my orders from the point of order through to Royal Mail tracked delivery.Their pricing is, by and large competitive and they don't boost the overall cost with unreasonable postage costs. All in all a very good company to deal with .

I'm always a bit sceptical of buying from a new (to me) website but as there were a few shortages with my usual online store of choice, I decided to give Watercoolin UK a go. They have a great selection of items which made the decision easier, but was wary that shipping would take much longer than the otehr vendor. Needless to say shipping and delivery were super quick and seamless. They've won themselves a new customer for sure. I've already placed my second order with them.

Wide selection of bits, good prices and quick despatch times with tracking. I got a bit bored and thought I'd water cool my PC properly (function over form, it won't be pretty). Didn't realise how few of the major PC parts sites stock a good selection of water cooling parts. Found myself at Watercooling UK with most of the part numbers I was looking for and found their site great for helping me work out what I need as it's very well organised. Extra helpful is the listing of part numbers and EAN's that can help shopping around. Just be sure to order everything you need at once otherwise you'll face multiple shipping costs. But then first time round you're bound to forget something like with any project. Site is now saved for any future water cooling needs
