Very friendly & helpful staff where no order is too small. Their prices are very competitive but their zero quibble really returns policy stands out so anyone building their own PC can be confident in the knowledge that should they order too many watercooling parts [for example] they can simply return the unopened items for a full refund without the "restocking" fee that most companies charge.

Purchased an EK-Quantum Vector2 Trio RTX 3080/90 ABP Set D-RGB and some Thermal grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste as I was building a rig for my sons 16th birthday. Been a customer directly or indirectly since around 2007 and I have never been failed. Fantastic products and service from an equally fantastic supplier. All of their staff, Especially Rob, have been Extremely helpful with my enquiries over the last few months -I have emailed multiple times. RMA'd / changed my mind and orders withy them and they have been totally cool and helpful, giving me their knowledge willingly.This is how staff should be, they make you think of them as soon as you wish to get anything to do with watercooling your PC.

I never really leave reviews on Amazon. Just order, just package and go about life but holy crap the green looks amazing! Just added the distilled water to my loop and kept adding drops of this until it was the color I wanted. The magnetic UV lights make it look amazing!

Fantastic company to deal with. If you have any worry or dough about a product, call them or email them, they will sort the problem without fuss or hassle. They were very quick to process my order and later my return as i order the wrong item without any questions. Definitely recommend them!!
