No problems at all. Now that's out of the way there could be a few improvements to the service as a whole. I've recently received part of my latest order but it's really no use without the final components. I'd have happily waited for just a single delivery. The website needs some work. There are so many components these days & it's never really clear which part is compatible with what. Other sites have lists of recommended accessories when you view an item; click on a reservoir and it tells you which pumps will fit. I ended up using a competitor's site to get that information. Other than that, I've used these guys before & I'll no doubt use them again. A good, but not perfect, service.

Delivered on time and always has good stuck levels

Took advantage of their Easter offer however trying to add two extra fittings to an order aid placed over the Easter long weekend proved to be more awkward that it needed to be, in my opinion. Had to place an additional order and was then told I was saving money on the shipping — which I wasn’t because the two fittings were being shipped with the original order I’d placed. Then when I asked for the 10% off to be refunded, that proved to be awkward as it was pointed out the minimum spend was £20 to be eligible — the other £150 didn’t count apparently. Did get £1 reimbursed in the end but I was left feeling like I was not treated fairly under the circumstances. On a positive they answer emails very quickly, which is a good thing as you can’t actually speak to them over the phone as they’ve made sure not to list a telephone number anywhere. I queried this and was told they don’t have time to answer hundreds of questions from being called — I have to respond to that in asking just how many people would actually call a specialist PC watercooling company each day? Also I do find their prices to be 10-15% above market average, but you get a 10% off loyalty code if you leave a review and send them proof the review is live and active, so it kind of works out. At least their shipping isn’t as extortionate as Overclockers UK who take the proverbial at £10 per purchase, no mater if it’s for one fitting or a whole loop. Lastly, they do stock Black Ice Rads & Stealkey of Germany Distros of which no body else in the UK seems to to my knowledge — EK aren’t the only makers of O11 Distro’s.

Competitive pricing, a wide choice of brands and items, helpful and responsive if you have questions, and my return (not a fault, I just changed my mind about which water block to use) was handled quickly and efficiently. Easily the leading UK vendor for custom water cooling, in my opinion.

They had the best price I could find for the PSU that I wanted. It arrived on time, well packed. All good. What's not to like?
