I cant fault the staff etc and the products however I find the web page and availability format very annoying, if an article shows as 10 available I expect to be able to get it not then look for a date when it will be available by I started a build based on the "available" badge but had to wait a while because it was not actually on the premises, that should be more implicitly stated as either in stock or on order/arrives by

Everything you need to watercool your PC in one handy place. Great selection of PC equipment and great service and delivery.

After a huge amount of research and planning, I decided to use these guys to order most of my water cooling parts (all except GPU block + backplate). All items arrived in a huge box with plenty of padding. The 3 bottles.of liquid were bagged up incase of leakage, all fittings were bagged together aswell and everything was packed nicely. Very pleased with everything and after a few days I've completed my first cooling loop with no faulty products or leaks. Very happy and would highly recommend.
