I have made 2 orders with WatercoolingUK and I could not be happier. The first order I made on Friday and it came the next day (Saturday) and I forgot to add on 2 extra fittings. I ordered these late on Sunday and they were sent out Monday and delivered via Royal Mail on Tuesday.These people get your order, pick it and despatch it extremely quickly which I think is excellent.When I need to purchase anything else related to this for the future, I'll be coming here first.

My transaction with watercooling was perfect. The packaging protected the used desktop PC I bought from them effectively. When I inspected the PC I was amazed it was like new. It was spotlessly clean inside and out. It's quiet and powerful, everything I could ever need for content creation, rendering and gaming. Delivery by DPD was fine too. I had read quite a few reviews about how bad this company was at shipping orders and not replying to their customers. I took a punt however as no-one else had stock of what i needed.I wasn't disappointed. Maybe some people have had a bad experience but for me it was a joy ordering from them. Ordered just before the Bank holiday and received on the Wednesday after.I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again. Excellent service.

Replied very quickly to a specific query about a power supply that I needed urgently and that one already purchased from another dealer proved to be not as described. I immediately ordered the power supply and was astonished it arrived the next morning and yes exactly as described, a business you need to keep on your list!

Recently ordered some SL-Infinity fans to finish off my first PC build as they're being discontinued. Originally ordered from Box back in October which were faulty and a nightmare. and ended up with a refund. Thought I'd try Watercooling UK instead and oh my god, they were fab. In stock, sent out. Arrived way before I expected them to and installed like a dream. Good packaging, great service. When I'm brave enough to actually try watercooling, I know where I'm ordering from!

I have always felt WatercoolingUK are a little less prominent than a couple of the big retailers that also cover a number of the same products. That said I have to say their service has always been excellent from ordering to delivery to returns. They also appear to have the largest range of Water Cooling parts, probably hence their name!I can fully recommend this company for any parts you may need for your next or current build.Thanks WCUK

Black, solid brass G 1/4 90 degree rotary fitting that appears to be well machined and well finished. No issues with leaking that I have experienced and the black finish isa true black with no brass visible when directly illuminated.The Good: - Affordable, high quality brass G 1/4 rotary 90 degree fitting. - Knurling is well cut and I cannot see machining marks on the exterior of the fittings.The Bad: - Nothing.The Meh: - Green o-rings don't quite match the green in use by other brands.

Twice in recent history I have been without a key and discontinued component, with nowhere to source it.First time was a specific watercooling block am4 bracket, this time was retaining screws for the same.Both times I emailed and was responded to incredibly rapidly with assurance of “digging through the old parts box” and getting back to me.Both times delivered exactly what I wanted, posted and received within a couple of days.I literally could not source these things from anywhere else, and they were found almost immediately here.I even went as far as to literally say “name your price if you’ve got it, it’s worth it” and both times was actually given a discount or charged a token fee plus shipping.I have continually extolled the virtues of this company to anyone and everyone who will listen, and who have an interest in pcs since.The customer service is beyond reproach and second to none. I get the feeling if they didn’t have what I wanted, they would have shone some sort of batsignal into the sky and assembled some sort of team to scour the earth and still charge a pittance.Cannot recommend or commend enough.

Such a huge range of watercooling gear. If they haven't got the exact part you wanted you can bet they've got a suitable alternative and excellent helpful customer service team. Plus a big bonus, if they say it's in stock, it's in stock.

I don't understand why they get occasional bad reviews, I guess those people were just unlucky and the majority of people who dont have issues don't leave a review?So here is my review: Been using wcuk for 12 years and never had a problem, only ever found them to be helpful. Prices are decent and they are a 1 stop shop for all your watercooling needs.

Great prices and availability of products that I struggle to find elsewhere, let alone at a decent price.Most of all though, the customer service experience is 100%. Any issues with the product or delivery and they will be super quick to respond and resolve.I've shopped here a few times now, and I know I will continue to do so - they've quickly become my go-to on certain products.

I appreciate that my order was delivered on the next day which was earlier than the anticipated date range. The PSU I purchased is running silently as described, I believe it will adequately support my further PC upgrades. I will return to shop at WCUK for hardware.

I have never used Watercooling.uk before, so I was not sure what to expect. When I searched for water cooling components for my new PC build, their prices seemed good, so I thought I would try them, and I was pleasantly surprized! Their customer service was very helpful with my multiple questions, and when I needed to return an item that I had accidentally ordered too many of, there was no problem, and they refunded me. I would also add that they stock a lot of Barrow products, and I was also pleasantly surprized with the quality of those items. My only little niggle would be that when I tried to pay via a credit card, their system was not working, so I had to use PayPal (which I would prefer not to do), but this may have just been a temporary issue? Overall I was very impressed and will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I've needed to use them for a couple of obscure bits nobody else in the UK seems to stock and both times they've been great. Everything's arrived in pristine condition without issues. Delivery timescales clearly marked when you order and for me they've been 1-2 days quicker than expected.A small thing but I find their site is much better organised for finding watercooling parts than more general retailers - for example, you can choose to browse only 13mm soft tube fittings rather than have to scroll through 30 pages of just "fittings" trying to figure out which ones are the correct size. Makes it a lot easier to figure out what options are available when you're working on something a bit complicated.

So far no issues. Very Green and UV. Love it with blue. I had to use about half the bottle to get what I wanted. 3x360mm Radiators , gpu block , cpu block. 240ml Reservoir so I have a lot of Juice in mine.

Purchased 750w power unit. Delivered in a timely fashion, exactly as described.
