I needed an item that was listed as only 1 in stock, so I emailed WCUK to confirm availability. The helpful customer service team responded quickly and confirmed that the item would need to come from their supplier. I went ahead with the purchase, which was easy on the website, and the item turned up a few days later, quicker than originally estimated. The item was well packaged and in perfect condition. I'm really pleased with WCUK's service and will definitely be using them again!

I've ordered from Watercooling UK a few times over the last few years - each for little bits and bobs that i've needed to complete something custom. My most recent purchase was for a pump / reservoir combo.Shipping was very quick to mainland UK and the product arrived in perfect condition and all parts were there. Great little pump too. I Highly recommend Watercooling UK as they have a lot of stock that you would be otherwise waiting months for. A true helping hand when wanting to watercool your computer and need things in a reasonable amount of time

Ordered my Lian-Li 011 dynamic xl, with a barrow distro plate at about 4 pm I believe. It came the next day at about 10 am. Couldn’t have been happier and highly recommend using Watercoolinguk for all your computing / cooling needs. 👍

Last time I bought from here was many years ago. For those old enough to go back that far I think the last thing I bought was a pair of Swiftech 462UH thermoelectric water blocks !Suffice to say family and work commitments have meant the more esoteric PC builds have been off the menu for a long time until recently.It's nice to see that at least one of the go to sites from back in the day has clearly prospered, and I can see why.In these somewhat stock depleted times they have a good selection of components, and if my recent order is anything to go by, honest stock and delivery information, good communication, and all items brand new in factory sealed packaging.Will definitely be a return customer.

Ordered about £100 worth of watercooling equipment. No issues so far and one of the cheaper places for Black Ice rads.

New Phanteks pc case order with WCUKOrdered a Phanteks Enthoo 719 (formerly the Luxe 2) from WCUK. Process was super smooth and shipping/delivery was fast with good tracking info and accurate delivery window notification from courier. Did notice that prices can sometimes be a little over market average, but to be fair, to do business with a reputable company that I won't have to worry about leaving me hanging, I'll pay a tiny bit more for that. Thanks WCUK, I'll be back!

Ordered and paid for express shipping, delivery date came and went without recieving.I contacted their support and they said it would be sent out the next day due to delays, that was two days ago and my order still hasn't been updated.Not great when my order is very expensive and they took my payment for fast shipping. I'm currently trying to cancel the order to place it elsewhere, which there is no simple way of doing either.Edit: They contacted me and covered the cost to ensure this got delivered on a Saturday.
