After a huge amount of research and planning, I decided to use these guys to order most of my water cooling parts (all except GPU block + backplate). All items arrived in a huge box with plenty of padding. The 3 bottles.of liquid were bagged up incase of leakage, all fittings were bagged together aswell and everything was packed nicely. Very pleased with everything and after a few days I've completed my first cooling loop with no faulty products or leaks. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Products are always top notch & delivered quickly, the prices are good & the delivery charges reasonable, although free delivery over a certain level would be nice.

Ordered and paid for express shipping, delivery date came and went without recieving.I contacted their support and they said it would be sent out the next day due to delays, that was two days ago and my order still hasn't been updated.Not great when my order is very expensive and they took my payment for fast shipping. I'm currently trying to cancel the order to place it elsewhere, which there is no simple way of doing either.Edit: They contacted me and covered the cost to ensure this got delivered on a Saturday.

There customer service is brilliant!I had an order that could only be partly filled (I ordered an out of stock product and knew it was out of stock).They fulfilled the half they could and got in touch and let me know what was happening with the other half of the order. In the end I canceled it and ordered an alternative. Despite the fact that it was the end of the day, they made sure to send it out that day so I'd not be waiting.Great work, very helpful and a pleasure to shop with.

I've been using WCUK for a couple of years now and they are always on time with deliveries (no slow boat from china), the parts are of good quality and I have never needed to return anything.

The helpful customer service team responded quickly and confirmed that the item would need to come from their supplier. I went ahead with the purchase, which was easy on the website, and the item turned up a few days later, quicker than originally estimated. The item was well packaged and in perfect condition. I'm really pleased with WCUK's service and will definitely be using them again!

New Phanteks pc case order with WCUKOrdered a Phanteks Enthoo 719 (formerly the Luxe 2) from WCUK. Process was super smooth and shipping/delivery was fast with good tracking info and accurate delivery window notification from courier. Did notice that prices can sometimes be a little over market average, but to be fair, to do business with a reputable company that I won't have to worry about leaving me hanging, I'll pay a tiny bit more for that. Thanks WCUK, I'll be back!

Last time I bought from here was many years ago. For those old enough to go back that far I think the last thing I bought was a pair of Swiftech 462UH thermoelectric water blocks !Suffice to say family and work commitments have meant the more esoteric PC builds have been off the menu for a long time until recently.It's nice to see that at least one of the go to sites from back in the day has clearly prospered, and I can see why.In these somewhat stock depleted times they have a good selection of components, and if my recent order is anything to go by, honest stock and delivery information, good communication, and all items brand new in factory sealed packaging.Will definitely be a return customer.
