Watercooling UK had all of the fittings I needed to complete my first full custom Watercooled PC. After a mix up by DPD that had my parcel missing for almost a week the friendly staff at Watercooling UK chased DPD until they found my parcel and ensured it was delivered to me as soon as positble with no damage. I can recommend them enough as their customer service is second to none.

Very friendly & helpful staff where no order is too small. Their prices are very competitive but their zero quibble really returns policy stands out so anyone building their own PC can be confident in the knowledge that should they order too many watercooling parts [for example] they can simply return the unopened items for a full refund without the “restocking” fee that most companies charge.

Purchased an EK-Quantum Vector2 Trio RTX 3080/90 ABP Set D-RGB and some Thermal grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste as I was building a rig for my sons 16th birthday. All of their staff, Especially Rob, have been Extremely helpful with my enquiries over the last few months -I have emailed multiple times. RMA’d / changed my mind and orders withy them and they have been totally cool and helpful, giving me their knowledge willingly.This is how staff should be, they make you think of them as soon as you wish to get anything to do with watercooling your PC.
