The Lian Li DAN Case A3-mATX Wood Edition offers space for up to 10 120 mm fans. These are distributed as follows: three on the top, three on the side, three on the bottom, and one on the back. Alternatively, two 140 mm fans can be mounted on the top and two on the side. With 25 mm thick fans on the bottom of the case, the GPU height is limited to 61 mm (3 slots). CPU air coolers can have a maximum height of 165 mm.
Lian Li and Daniel Hansen also considered water cooling when developing the A3-mATX: Radiators can be mounted in three locations within the case: the top or the side, with a maximum of 360 mm (triple radiator) or 280 mm (dual radiator). Here, you have to choose between the two options. The bottom of the case offers space for an additional 240 mm radiator. If you mount the fans below the radiator, you can even install a 360 mm radiator.

The Lian Li DAN Cases A3-mATX is suitable for a Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboard. Unlike a Mini-ITX case, the PC case with four expansion slots offers the option of installing a four-slot high and up to 415 mm long graphics card.
You can install two 2.5-inch SSDs on a bracket. A 3.5-inch HDD or another 2.5-inch drive can also be mounted on the bottom of the case. You can choose between an ATX, SFX-L, or SFX power supply, which you can flexibly mount on the front or side to create more space for your graphics card or radiator—depending on your preference. The general rule for the A3-mATX: the smaller the power supply, the more space remains for the rest of the hardware.
The I/O panel on the front of the Lian Li DAN Case A3-mATX Wood Edition offers two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.1 Type-C port, two 3.5 mm jacks (mic in/audio out), and a power button.
