Details
Most of them communicate with each other via the aquabus interface. For the aquaero 5 and aquaero 6 controller series, the aquabus X4 provides four additional aquabus interfaces to which temperature or flow sensors, for example, can be connected. Their signals are then forwarded via the aquabus X4 to the respective aquaero controller and vice versa.
The total of four ports are not a limitation for the number of connected aquabus devices. Additional can be connected by splitter cable. The only restriction: only one Calitemp sensor from aqua computer can be connected per connection. However, in addition to the Cailtemp sensor, other aquabus components can also be used at one slot. Only the aquaero controller used limits the number of components used.
