The Delid-Die-Mate Heater: Heating element for CPU delidding
The Intel 1851 Delid-Die-Mate Heater V1 is a specially designed heating element for the Intel 1851 Delid-Die-Mate V1. The heater heats the CPU and delidder to a temperature of 165 degreesC required for delidding. It is operated via a control unit with an OLED display, which is connected to the heater with two cables.

To operate the heater, a laptop/smartphone charger with at least 65 watts and a USB Type-C connector is required, which is not included! A small amount of thermal paste is also required.

Warnings:
When deheading with the Intel 1851 Delid-Die-Mate V1, the CPU should be heated to 165 degreesC (the melting point of indium is 157 degreesC) so that the indium liquefies for heat spreader removal. This minimizes mechanical stress on the chip and prevents damage. Otherwise, there is a high risk of damaging the CPU during deheading.

Caution: Removing the heat spreader (deheading) from a processor is done at your own risk! Deheading the CPU voids the manufacturers warranty! Damage caused by deheading the CPU is not covered by the manufacturer!
