The Silverstone XE04-SP5 is a powerful CPU cooler designed for 4U SFF servers and workstations. The XE04-SP5 has a larger contact surface specially adapted for AMD SP5 and is a premium model for cooling AMD SP5 series processors.

Optimal thermal conduction efficiency for high-performance applications
The XE04-SP5 has five heat pipes with a diameter of 6mm, which are made of copper and ensure excellent thermal conduction efficiency. The associated aluminum fins ensure effective heat dissipation so that your system remains stable and delivers maximum performance even under high load. With a TDP of 400 W, the processor cooler has immense cooling reserves, making it ideal for demanding applications.

Strong cooling with a powerful fan
The XE04-SP5 is equipped with a 92 mm fan that has a 4-pin PWM control. This allows the fan speed to be precisely adjusted from 1,500 to 5,000 rpm to precisely match the cooling performance to the current temperature of your CPU.

This powerful fan creates an air flow of up to 132 m³/h and is only 43 dB(A) loud at maximum speed, which ensures a quiet working environment. The double ball bearing ensures high reliability and durability.
