The Silverstone AP184i-ARGB Air Penetrator in detail
The AP184i-ARGB has a thickness of 32 mm and thus deviates from the usual standard. However, this deviation ensures enormously increased performance values. The wide speed range from 0 to 1,200 revolutions per minute makes the AP184i-ARGB a great choice for any application – from performance to silent. The double ball bearings are also responsible for the high performance and the smoothness of the AP184i-ARGB. This ensures a long operation even under high loads.
Another special feature of the AP184i-ARGB is the air penetrator system. An attachment with radial struts on the back forces the air flow into a conical ideal shape. This creates a targeted air flow, ideal for cooling components or radiators. The AP184i-ARGB is flexible during assembly. It has mounting holes for 180 and 200 mm fan slots.
The AP184i-ARGB also has digitally addressable RGB lighting. Silverstone uses a clever system here: several fans can be operated in a daisy chain using the ARGB adapter cables supplied. This reduces the cable clutter in the system and makes it easier to install multiple fans.
