SilenX presents a completely new and revolutionary fan with the dimensions 120 x 120 x 38 mm.

The result of countless thousands of hours of testing and fluid dynamical experiments is a fan with a better ratio of noise to the output in comparison to other fans. The reduced motor size, coupled with the perfectly calculated fan blades and the silicone vibration dampers contribute to a low noise level.

The forward-looking blade design increases static pressure and thus ensures better air flow, unlike other quiet fans from different manufacturers. In addition SilenX achieved with this technique, an improved ventilation difficult places. The reduced motor size and conical shape of the motor housing cover allow a larger surface of the paddle wheels and thus improving the aerodynamics at the same time reducing the so-called hot spots.

The package includes in addition to four fan screws and an adapter cable 4 – to 3-pin also contain four rubber silicone-based material. They dampen engine vibrations and effectively prevent the transmission of vibration to the housing. This vibration effect on the undamped fans often causes an annoying rattle in cases with thin side walls.

Monitoring of fan speed on the main board is possible – the fan has a 3-pin connector cable (molex).
