The PK-Zero is an excellent choice when it comes to optimally dissipating heat from a CPU or GPU to a heat sink. Prolimatechs thermal compound can be used with in-house products such as the Genesis or Megahalems as well as with products from other manufacturers.
The PK-Zero, based on silicone and zinc oxide, is designed for optimal heat transfer and is therefore a product for gamers and home users with high demands who do not want to spend a small fortune on an impressive thermal paste. The thermal resistance is a good 0.019 degreesC -in²/W) and the thermal conductivity is 8 W/m- degreesC.
These first-class values are mainly due to the aluminum nano particles contained in the product, which settle in microscopically small gaps between the heatspreader and the cooler base and prevent annoying air pockets.
