Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste

Noctuas NT-H1 is a pro-grade TIM solution for enthusiasts who demand both exceptional performance and even forego maximum convenience. A hybrid compound of different micro-particles allows for minimum thermal resistance, easy handling and excellent long term stability.

The NT-H1 thermal compound is specifically optimized for use in PC environments and, thanks to its excellent wetting and spreading properties superior results.

The paste spreads very well under pressure and must not be passed on the heatspreader. This reduces not only the paste consumption, but also the installation process: Put one drop of NT-H1 onto the center of the CPU cooler – thats it! They quickly reached their full potential and needs no longer burn-in period.

Of course, no solvents or other substances are included with a low boiling point and the thermal grease has excellent long term stability. Thanks to the excellent curing, bleeding, dry-out and thermal cycling characteristics, NT-H1 can easily be used over several years.

Furthermore, it has an extremely low dielectric constant and a high dielectric strength.Thus, when used in the PC sector even in direct contact with the boards or components no danger of short circuit.

The NT-H1 is suited for use with copper and aluminum radiators and is all in the PC industry standard materials fully compatible and is also well suited for use with compressor coolers, because it remains at very low temperatures fully efficient and easyto remove.
