Noctuas NT-H1 AM5 Edition is a professional TIM solution for enthusiasts who dont want to miss out on excellent performance or maximum ease of use. The AM5 Edition includes the NA-TPG1 (Thermal Paste Guard) sealing cover, which prevents the buildup of thermal paste in the side recesses of the heat spreader of AMD AM5 processors – a simple but highly effective solution for keeping AM5 CPUs clean.
Noctua has optimized its NT-H1 thermal paste specifically for use in the PC sector. Thanks to its brilliant wetting and distribution properties, it enables excellent results. A hybrid configuration of different micro-particles enables minimal thermal resistance, easy handling and excellent long-term stability.
The paste is distributed evenly under contact pressure and therefore does not have to be spread on the heat spreader. This not only reduces the amount of consumption, but also the installation effort: A drop of NT-H1 in the middle of the CPU, attach the cooler – done! It quickly reaches its full performance and does not require a longer burn-in time.
Reliable and durable
Of course, it does not contain any solvents or other substances with a low boiling point and the thermal paste has excellent long-term stability. Thanks to the excellent curing, bleeding, dry-out and thermal cycling characteristics, the NT-H1 AM5 Edition can be used for several years without any problems.
Furthermore, it has an extremely low dielectric constant and a high dielectric strength. This means that when used in the PC area, there is no risk of short circuits, even if there is direct contact with conductor tracks or components.
The NT-H1 AM5 Edition is suitable for use with copper and aluminum coolers and is fully compatible with all materials commonly used in the PC sector.
