Noctua NH-D15 G2 LBC CPU cooler AMD optimized - 140/140mm

The LBC (Low-Base-Convexity) version of the Noctua NH-D15 G2 cooler is specially optimized for flat CPU surfaces. With a flat cooling surface, this version of the Noctua cooler guarantees optimal contact quality for AMD CPUs and some Intel sockets. The LBC version is also particularly suitable for flat-ground and specially installed heat sinks.

Noctua NH-D15 G2: The new edition of the dual-tower cooler from Noctua
With the NH-D15 G2, Noctua relies on eight copper heat pipes to better supply the cooling towers with the waste heat from your processor. The cooler shrinks by 9 mm in depth thanks to a more compact arrangement of the cooling fins. The dimensions otherwise remain the same.

The NH-D15 G2 comes from the factory with 140 mm fans specially designed for the heat sink. With a flow rate of a whopping 155.6 m³/h and a static pressure of 2.56 mmH2O at 1,500 rpm and a noise level of 24.8 dB(A), these fans offer even better cooling performance than the previous model.

An increasing bend of the fan blades together with special notches and winglets (wing tips) ensure a higher flow rate with a low noise level. Noctuas liquid crystal polymer is more stable than conventional plastic. This allows an extremely small distance between the fan tip and the frame and optimizes the performance of the fan.

In addition, the material can withstand particularly intensive operation at high speeds without deforming. In addition, the fans run at minimally different speeds. This way, Noctua avoids vibrations caused by resonance oscillations.

The 4-pin PWM low-noise adapter included in the delivery limits the speed to a maximum of 1,250 rpm if necessary. The volume is reduced to just 19.7 dB(A). This makes the fan significantly quieter with a slight reduction in cooling performance. With the adapter, the cooler is particularly suitable for low-noise builds.

Large design, no restrictions
With one fan in operation, the Noctua cooler offers enough space for RAM bars with a module height of up to 59 mm despite its large design. This cooler offers enough space for all common RAM modules. With both fans in operation, there is enough space for RAM bars with a height of up to 32 mm. As with the previous model, the heatsink is moved upwards to ensure enough space for graphics cards.

Design in the cream colors youve come to expect from Noctua
The silver heatsink and fans in cream and coffee brown are a common design feature of Noctua. The slim design of the heatsink paired with the large fans ensures active cooling of your mainboard components.

Special mounting system for optimal contact pressure
The SecuFirm2+ mounting system, improved by Noctua, offers optimal contact pressure of the base plate for every platform with a reliable screw connection of the cooler. With the improved system, Noctua relies on assembly with special screws that are designed for a higher torque. A suitable screwdriver is of course included. This means that assembly is possible without additional tools.

A complete package with a large scope of delivery
When assembling the cooler, Noctua has thought of everything: there is no need to run to the store just before closing time because of missing accessories with the Noctua cooler. All the materials required are included in the scope of delivery. From thermal paste to a cleaning cloth, nothing is missing when assembling the cooler!
