Noctua NH-D12L: Efficient and reliable CPU cooler
Noctuas NH-D12L is an extremely powerful dual-tower CPU cooler. Its low design and asymmetrical design ensure a high compatibility with expansive RAM modules. Its outstanding cooling performance, good compatibility and excellent smoothness make the Noctua NH-D12L a premium solution for the highest demands and is suitable for installation in slim tower housings, some SFF cases and even 4U rack servers.
From the factory, the cooler is already equipped with a PWM-controlled premium fan. The NF-A12x25r fan is extremely smooth and quiet thanks to the SSO2 (Self-Stabilising Oil-Pressure) bearing and AAO (Advandced Acoustic Optimisation) frame. Thanks to the low-noise adapter, noise emissions can even be reduced from an already quiet 22.6 dB(A) to 18.8 dB(A) if required – with a slight decrease in power. Together with the five heatpipes and the soldered fins, Noctuas NH-D12L ensures high cooling performance. If necessary, a second, optional fan can be attached.
Functional design with high compatibility
With the help of the proven SecuFirm2 mounting system, the NH-D12L from Noctua can be installed quickly and reliably. In addition to the compact design, this ensures high compatibility with almost all common sockets from AMD and Intel, including LGA1700 and even AM5. Also convincing are the six-year warranty and the MTTF specification of 120,000 hours of the fan.
