Fan controls are like sand at sea, but the Corsair Commander PRO has much more to offer. In addition to the control of PWM fans, it also controls various RGB LEDs, Corsair power supplies or CPU coolers. Naturally suitable temperature sensors must not be missing to monitor the system. All these functions can be easily managed via the Corsair Link Dashboard.

Full package of PWM fans
Up to six 4-pin PWM fans can be connected to the Corsair Commander PRO. This means that even large enclosures can be equipped with PWM fans. Via the Corsair Link software the fans can be comprehensively controlled. There is the possibility to program fan curves to control the fans with all intermediate stages between maximum speed and standstill. In contrast to conventional PWM fans, a complete shutdown is also possible.
RGB lighting control of the extra class
The two RGB lighting channels allow housing banners to create a true symphony of colors. Up to 12 compatible Corsair RGB fans can be used. Alternatively, it is also possible to control up to eight Corsair RGB light strips. Different lighting effects can be selected and a complete synchronization of the RGB LEDs can also take place, so that, for example, a wave effect can start at the CPU fan in order to end outside the housing, such as the keyboard.
Temperature sensor for accurate monitoring
For the fan curves of the PWM fans to be used, these must also be supplied with temperature information. This can also be supplied by the Commander PRO, because it has four temperature sensor inputs, the corresponding sensors are included in the delivery. This allows the fans to react directly to rising temperatures. The lighting can also change its color, should the system push into hazardous temperature ranges.
Easy and fast control of the complete system
The impressive many functions do not end here. With two USB 2.0 ports, the Commander PRO can manage other Corsair Link-enabled products, such as AXi, HXi, and RMi power supplies, as well as Corsair Hydro CPU coolers. All these components are controlled by the Corsair Link software, which allows a comprehensive but simple control and monitoring.
