The Dark Rock Elite CPU cooler is the top model in the be quiet! cooler range and offers extremely high cooling performance thanks to its ceramic particle coating in conjunction with the seven heat pipes and the two PWM fans. With a TDP of 280 W, the cooler is also very quiet and has immense cooling reserves for overclocked CPUs and, despite its size, can be installed even with the mainboard installed.

Elegant design with strong cooling performance
The Dark Rock Elite is a powerful double tower cooler that enables very efficient and quiet cooling thanks to its special ceramic particle coating and the two Silent Wings fans. The smooth-running 6-pole fan motor ensures reduced vibrations and, in conjunction with the fluid dynamic bearing, ensures a very long service life. The PWM fans can be controlled via a Y-cable via the mainboard and thus automatically adapt to the heat development.

With a speed switch you can choose between two modes, each affecting the maximum speed and the PWM curve. Quiet mode offers a maximum fan speed of up to 1,500 rpm and is the perfect choice for everyday applications. Performance mode lets the Silent Wings fans spin at up to 2,000 rpm and unleashes the full power of the Dark Rock Elite.

Maximum heat transport through seven heat pipes
Thanks to seven high-performance heat pipes, the heat sink ensures excellent waste heat removal. The slat surface of the cooler is very large due to the double tower design, so that a lot of heat can be passed on to the air flowing through. The slats are curved in a wave shape and thus not only improve the volume development, but also the cooling performance.

Easy installation, clean look
Thanks to the revised mounting system, the cooler can now be mounted more easily even with the mainboard installed. The outer fan can be adjusted to five height levels to provide maximum RAM compatibility. After installation, the middle fan can be easily pushed between the cooling towers. For a clean look of the cover with ARGB lighting, the screw holes are closed with additional decorative screws.
