The ASUS TUF B450M-Plus II Gaming Micro-ATX motherboard features a PCI Express 3.0 slot with full x16 connectivity for graphics cards and a PCI Express 2.0 slot with four lanes. The motherboard provides a PCIe x1 slot for additional expansion cards. The four RAM banks support up to 128 GB of DDR4 memory with a clock speed of up to 2,666 MHz and can even handle clock speeds of up to 4,400 MHz when overclocked.
The AM4 motherboard provides an M.2 slot with PCIe 3.0 x4 and SATA 6G connectivity. M.2 SSDs with the advanced NVM Express (NVMe) protocol and a connection via four PCI Express 3.0 lanes are up to eight times faster than SATA 6G hard drives and support data transfer rates of up to 32 Gbps.
