The reservoir with a diameter of 60 mm is made of transparent acrylic, the two attachments for the base and cover are made of black acetal. A total of eight G1 / 4 ports provide extensive options for integration into a water cycle. In addition, the stylish D5 pump housing from the Protium series is included in the scope of delivery. A corresponding pump can be purchased separately.

Protium D5 reservoir combo: the hub of high-end water cooling
With the Protium Reservoir, Singularity Computers offers a high-quality expansion tank with a transparent tubular container made of acrylic glass and attachments made of black acetal. The tube has a diameter of 60 mm, the entire expansion tank including attachments, pump housing and pump is 235 to 260 mm high. Thanks to the numerous connections, a temperature sensor and fill and drain ports can be installed in addition to the usual inlets and outlets of the cooling circuit.
This set has a total of seven or eight G1 / 4-inch ports, four of which are in the pump attachment. You can choose between the quad and triple port attachment for the lid. This results in a total of eight or seven connections if the more compact triple-port attachment is selected. This has a lower overall height so that it can be installed in smaller housings.
The connections are placed in such a way that two 16 mm wide hardtube connections fit next to each other without any problems. An enclosed riser tube provides additional options when realizing a circuit, as a port in the lid can also serve as an outlet. If, on the other hand, it is used as an inlet, it significantly reduces the formation of bubbles and foam. The tube protrudes into the level of the reservoir so that air inclusions are prevented when the cooling liquid enters.
Assembly and accessories
Two aluminum circlips ensure that acetal attachments and pump housings are held securely. Thanks to the clever design, the attachments can be rotated by 270 degrees, so that a total of three different orientations are possible. With the help of the universal mounting plate, the Protium 150 can be locked in place in various places. An installation on 120 and 140 mm wide radiators is also possible, so that the combo is ideal for compact setups.
The scope of delivery includes six sealing plugs, a riser tube made of acrylic glass, sealing rings made of silicone, a versatile mounting plate and the stylish D5 pump housing with logo. It comes from the Protium series from Singularity Computers and primarily enhances the setup visually. It gives the pump a firm hold and muffles the noises it emits. The openings in the cover of the pump housing are used for cable routing.
