The new special edition models are designed in a discreet black and are perfect for optimizing the appearance of PCs and at the same time improving the cooling performance – without negatively affecting the noise. With the new neutral color model, a symbiosis with every accent color is possible, which allows the fans to be combined with every housing and component selection.

Bionic fans with unique wing shape

The most striking characteristic of the bionic fans from Noiseblocker is the unique wing shape, which makes the sound development in the airflow itself quieter. At the same time the fans concentrate the airflow. This enables a directed airflow with less scattering loss in use, which can offer corresponding advantages depending on the application area and combined technology (directed air transport, airflow management, water cooling).
Intensive research with the promotion of the Federal Ministry of the Interior

The eLoop fans rely on the research results of the bionicist Dr. Rudolf Bannasch, who has developed the fundamental principles of the loop rotor with his researches. The technology was brought to the development laboratory of Noiseblocker to the application and production maturity. The elaborate development was made possible by subsidies from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The aim of the project was to develop the quietest fan in the world.

Energy- and noise-efficient

The technology reduces the noise emission of the air, increases the air delivery rate at the same speed on a defined area, and also enables energy savings during operation. In addition to the bionic (ie the naturally occurring, mimicked) fan shape and optimized electronics, the high-tech fans can also exhibit further innovative innovations. This includes a further developed NanoSLI bearing (version 2) from Noiseblocker and a closed encapsulation for protection against dust.

The current B12-PS Black Edition operates in a range between 400 and 1500 rpm thanks to a PWM function, which can produce a considerable static pressure of up to 1.475 mm H2O. It is absolutely impressive, however, when looking at the airflow, ie air transport performance. Enormous 98.7 m³ / h in the maximum are generated here despite the low speed range. At 12 volts of voltage and full speed the fan is nevertheless no louder than a maximum of 21.2 dB (A) – this is a top value.
Cable management & decoupling

Furthermore, the NB-eLoop has a fan cable management. On the fan itself is only a very short 4-pin cable attached, which can be varied in length by two included adapter cables. Thanks to the material selection Polycarbonate, in the special Makrolon, the chassis is resonance dampened and comes with additional decouplers.
