Three of Noiseblockers innovative silent fans in one set with a price advantage!

Noiseblocker is already well known to silent fans through the Black Silent Fan and Ultra Silent Fan series – with the help of quiet fans, the volume and vibrations in the case can be significantly reduced. The series in question already impressed with great silent properties and excellent technology. The NB-eLoop now takes things up a notch with its bionic base.

The most striking feature of the new bionic fans from Noiseblocker is a completely new blade shape, which makes the noise in the air flow itself quieter. At the same time, the new fans concentrate the air flow. This enables a directed air flow with less scattering loss, which can offer corresponding advantages depending on the area of application and combined technology (directed air transport, airflow management, water cooling).

The new fans are based on the research results of the bionics expert Dr. Rudolf Bannasch, who developed the basic principles of the loop rotor with his research. The new technology was brought to application and production readiness in the Noiseblocker development laboratory over the last two years. The complex development was made possible by funding from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The aim of the project is to develop the quietest fans in the world.

The technology reduces the noise emissions of the air, increases the air flow rate at the same speed on a defined area and can also save energy during operation. In addition to the bionic (i.e. the naturally occurring, modeled) fan shape and optimized electronics, the high-tech fans also have other innovative innovations. This includes a further developed NanoSLI bearing (version 2) from Noiseblocker and a closed encapsulation to protect against dust.

The NB-eLoop also has a fan cable management system; only a very short 4-pin cable is attached to the fan itself, the length of which can be varied using two adapter cables supplied. Thanks to the choice of polycarbonate material, in particular Makrolon, the chassis is also resonance-damped and comes with additional decouplers.

The current B12-PS version works in a range between 400 and 1,500 rpm thanks to the PWM function and can generate a considerable static pressure of up to 1.475 mmH2O. However, it becomes absolutely impressive when you look at the airflow, i.e. the air flow rate. An enormous 98.7 m³/h at maximum is generated here despite the low speed range. At 12 volts and full speed, the fan is still no louder than a maximum of 21.2 dB(A) – thats a top value.
