Three of Noiseblockers innovative silent fans in one set with a price advantage!

Noiseblocker is already well known to silent fans through the Black Silent Fan and Ultra Silent Fan series – with the help of quiet fans, the volume and vibrations in the case can be significantly reduced. The aforementioned series already impressed with great silent properties and excellent technology. The NB-eLoop now goes one step further with its bionic base and is now available in the 140 mm version requested by users.

The most striking feature of Noiseblockers bionic fans is a completely new blade shape, which makes the noise in the air flow itself quieter. At the same time, the fans concentrate the air flow. The design of the 140 models has been completely redesigned and adapted to the requirements of the special aerodynamics of the larger diameter and the slower rotation speed of the larger models. While the previous 120-millimeter fans had six blades, the new 140-millimeter models have nine blades.

The fans are based on the research results of bionics expert Dr. Rudolf Bannasch, who developed the basic principles of the loop rotor with his research. The new technology was then brought to application and production readiness in the Noiseblocker development laboratory in recent years. The complex development was made possible by funding from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The aim of the project is to develop the quietest fans in the world.

The technology reduces air noise emissions, increases the air flow rate at the same speed over a defined area and can also save energy during operation. In addition to the bionic (i.e. the naturally occurring, modeled) fan shape and optimized electronics, the high-tech fans can also feature other innovative innovations. This includes a further developed NanoSLI bearing (version 2) from Noiseblocker and a closed encapsulation to protect against dust.

The NB-eLoop also has a fan cable management system; only a very short 4-pin cable (PWM) is attached to the fan itself, the length of which can be varied using two adapter cables supplied. Thanks to the choice of polycarbonate material, in particular Makrolon, the chassis is also resonance-damped and comes with additional decouplers.

The current version B14-PS Black Edition works in a range between 300 and 1,200 rpm thanks to the PWM function, and can generate a considerable static pressure of up to 1,080 mmH2O. However, it becomes absolutely impressive when you look at the airflow, i.e. the air flow rate. An enormous 142.59 m³/h at maximum is generated here despite the low speed range. At 12 volts and full speed, the fan is still no louder than a maximum of 24.28 dB(A) – thats a top value.
