Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 CPU cooler - 140mm

As a 14 cm top model, the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is a powerful single-tower CPU cooler in Noctuas classic U series, which has received more than 400 awards and recommendations from international specialist publications. With a larger format, six heat pipes and the NF-A15 140mm fan with PWM support for fully automatic speed control, the silent cooling performance of the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 surpasses all other U-series coolers.

At the same time, the 52 mm slim design guarantees high compatibility with expansive memory modules. The all-round high-quality package is rounded off by the proven SecuFirm2 mounting system, Noctuas renowned NT-H1 thermal compound and a 6-year manufacturers guarantee. With a height of 165 mm, the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 fits easily into most modern high-end tower cases. With a width of 150mm (including fans and fan clips), the cooler offers better compatibility with SLI and CrossFire systems than models that are over 150mm wide or use wider fans.

The NF-A15 is a quiet 140 mm premium fan with a round AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimization) frame, which thanks to advanced aerodynamic design measures such as Flow Acceleration Channels achieves even better silent performance than the multi-award-winning NF-P14. It supports PWM for convenient, fully automatic speed control via the mainboard. In addition, the maximum speed can be reduced from 1,500 to 1,200 rpm with the included low-noise adapter to enable even quieter operation.

The LNA (Low-Noise Adapter) reduces the speed to 1,200 rpm, which reduces the volume to 19.2 dB(A). For users who want to achieve even better performance with a second NF-A15 fan in push/pull operation, the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 comes with special fan clips and an additional set of anti-vibration pads. These enable the rear fan to be offset by 5 mm and thus achieve better acoustics in double fan operation.

Noctuas SecuFirm2 mounting systems have become synonymous with quality, reliability and ease of use. The NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is a dedicated version for the AMD Socket TR4 and SP3, which is particularly easy to install. Simply put the cooler on, tighten the four spring screws and youre done! Additionally, due to an enlarged and bespoke contact area, this cooler cannot be used on other sockets and is not compatible with Noctuas standard mounting system.
