Graugears thermal pads are designed to improve heat transfer between heat sources and heat sinks. Even the smallest gap between the two components can result in poorer heat transfer and therefore less efficient cooling performance.

The thermal pads are designed for use on processors, graphics card chips or memory chips and can be cut to size for their respective purpose. The pads are 100 x 100 mm in size and 1 mm or 1.5 mm thick.

The pads are electrically insulating, which means they do not conduct electricity and no short circuits can occur that could endanger your hardware. This means you can cool your hardware efficiently and without worry.
