The ASUS Prime B650M-K is equipped with the B650 chipset for AMDs Ryzen 7000 series processors and offers numerous features for enthusiasts and gamers. Since the Ryzen 7000 series processors require a new socket due to support for PCIe 5.0 and the enhanced power supply, the 600 series motherboards use Socket AM5 (LGA 1718).

Despite the increased pin count, the actual size of the socket remains identical to older sockets, allowing most Socket AM4 CPU coolers to be installed on the motherboard.

The ASUS Prime B650M-K is designed for high-end gaming, allowing you to enjoy even demanding games without interruption. The high-quality 12+2 phase voltage converters provide a stable power supply to the CPU, ensuring its high clock speeds even over extended periods. There are also features like BIOS Flashback and Clear CMOS, so you can use the PC again if something goes wrong. And, as usual, the DDR5 RAM can be pushed to its limits at higher clock speeds.
