Details
The backplate serves to stabilize and evenly distribute the contact pressure. In combination with a suitable optional available heat conduction pad, the bending of the PCB due to the back pressure can be prevented. The cooling capacity can also be increased in combination with a suitable heat conducting pad. The fine cooling fins on the back of the backplate contribute to this.
