Conductonaut is a gallium-based liquid metal compound with exceptional thermal conductivity. Applied directly between the CPU die and cooler base (or between IHS and die after delidding), it eliminates the performance ceiling of conventional pastes. The trade-off is a more involved application process and material compatibility requirements.
Before you buy
Liquid metal is electrically conductive and will corrode aluminium surfaces. It should only be used with copper or nickel-plated cooler bases. Not suitable for use on GPU dies or surfaces where containment cannot be guaranteed. Ideal for experienced builders who understand the application process.
