With up to 150 MB / s, the hard disk does not reach the peak of the possibilities of SATA 6G, but the interface installed here not only offers the theoretical advantage of a higher bandwidth. The protocol has also been significantly refined in order, for example, to increase energy efficiency and to optimize the transmission of several simultaneous data streams with a high bandwidth.
