Since its launch in 2009 was the Scythe Big Shuriken by many the first choice when it came to buying a Top-Blow cooler which had to be found in a very compact package, especially in HTPCs, space. Perfect compatibility, extremely slim, good affordable, so the key facts of the cooler were summarized.
With only 5.8 centimeters in height, four heatpipes and a 12 mm high PWM fan of Big Shuriken could convince the entire width and was accommodated by Pushpins in many mini-enclosures.
Radiator and fan specialist Scythe has now its successor, the Big Shuriken 2, presented, which keeps a total of the proven basic concept, but holds many positive changes at hand, which are more than mere detail improvements, making the Big Shuriken 2 more than merely a new revision: a real, worthy successor flat.
