U14S DX-4189: Powerful and quiet
The Noctua U14S DX-4189 offers a remarkable cooling performance and is therefore ideally suited for high-performance server systems and workstations. Six nickel-plated copper heat pipes with a diameter of six mm each lie directly on the CPU and ensure efficient heat dissipation.
The heat pipes transfer the waste heat to aluminium fins, which are cooled by a 140 mm fan from the manufacturer. Thanks to the flow-optimized fan blades and PWM signal, this ensures the right balance between smoothness and performance. At a maximum speed of 1,500 rpm, it is still very quiet with a volume of 24.6 dB (A).
The proven SecuFirm2 mounting system
By screwing the 16.5 cm high cooler to the mounting plate on the back of the mainboard, it ensures optimal contact pressure and maximum security on the Intel Xeon LGA4189 socket.
