Made from the highest quality steel and equipped with a huge tinted tempered glass side window, the 101C is designed for stylish gaming systems up to ATX form factor *. The presentation of built-in hardware succeeds in such a housing particularly well, because the noble chassis is IN WIN typical very high quality processed and allows a fancy arrangement of the hardware. The C in the name stands for the 101C housing also for the fast USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C connector, which is pluggable on both sides and high speeds up to 10 Gb / s allowed (compatible motherboard provided). In addition, the C version is equipped with RGB LED lighting that illuminates the IN WIN logo and the front connectors.

Timelessly elegant design with huge tempered glass side window
The IN WIN 101C combines modern look with a noble-looking aesthetics. It was mainly made of high-quality, 1.2 mm thick steel and impresses above all by its huge side window made of tinted tempered glass. As innovative as IN WIN, the sturdy side window can be opened completely without tools. Clear advantage! The clean front of the black case is interrupted only by the stylish RGB LED logo, which also acts as a power button. The remaining I / O ports (1x USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C, 2x USB 3.0 / HD audio) are meanwhile located on the top of the case, where they are particularly easy to reach.
Of course, the black interior also has some surprises in store. For example, the power adapter is installed at the top of the case and is located behind a subtle cover. As a result, the motherboard is mounted underneath and allows a trouble-free presentation of the installed hardware. In general, the interior space for, ATX * -, Micro-ATX, and mini-ITX motherboards, CPU cooler to 160 mm height, graphics cards up to 421 mm or 305 mm in length with side mounted radiator and power supplies up to 200 mm Length.
Cooling options and hard disk spaces
The cooling concept in the IN WIN 101C is anything but standard. The theory is that cool air is sucked from the lower, dust filter protected side and blown out at the top or back. There are a maximum of three 120 mm fans or a 360 mm radiator on the floor. The back can accommodate a 120mm fan or a 120mm radiator. The peculiarity of the cooling concept lies in the possibility of installing two 120 mm fans on the side of the mainboard, so that warm air on the right side is omitted through the honeycomb structure of the housing. Alternatively, of course, a 240 mm radiator can be mounted at this point. The vertical orientation of the upper cooling components looks really fantastic due to the large side window. In order to allow the user complete freedom in the choice of its housing cooling, no fans are included.
Of course IN WIN has also provided enough hard disk slots. On the front of the motherboard tray are two 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch hot-swap bays, which are complemented by two 2.5-inch mounts on the back of the tray. A handy support for graphics cards is also part of the delivery, because sophisticated pixel accelerators can bring some weight today.
