To install the anodized aluminum heatsinks, you first have to remove the standard heatsinks from your RAM. Cut-to-size thermal pads are included for assembly. After you have finished assembling the individual RAM modules, all you have to do is screw on the Bitspower DIMM block and connect it to your cooling circuit – done!
The DIMM block is made of milled acrylic glass and has two internal thread connections with G1/4 inch. The underside is made of nickel-plated copper to ensure good thermal conductivity.
