The heat sink efficiently cools two single-sided DDR5 RAM of your choice and is easy to integrate into your water cooling circuit.
To install the anodized aluminum heatsinks, you must first remove the standard heatsinks from your RAM. Thermal pads already cut to size are included for installation. After you have finished setting up the individual RAM modules, all you have to do is screw on the Bitspower DIMM block and connect it to your cooling circuit – done!
The DIMM block is made of milled acrylic glass and offers two G1/4 inch internal thread connections. The bottom is made of nickel-plated copper to ensure good thermal conductivity.
