With AXAGONs ADR-205 active USB 2.0 Extension Cable type A to type A, the maximum transfer rate of 480 Mbps remains stable over the entire length of 5 m. In addition, the optional power supply provides an additional power supply, for example for connected 2.5-inch hard drives. The power supply is connected to the USB-A socket of the repeater cable. Two LEDs indicate whether the external power supply is present and whether the cable itself is connected. The ADR-205 can be extended again by a conventional passive USB cable.
