Application
The application of Alphacools Subzero Thermal Grease differs from most other thermal pastes in its optimal viscosity. For perfect application of the paste, apply a thin layer across the whole of the CPU, the product also comes with a practical plastic spatula.
Features
Alphacools Subzero Thermal Grease has an extremely high thermal conductivity of 16W/mK at a viscosity of 850000 TF. This is slightly more fluid than what you are used to from other thermal pastes and helps with the application. The syringe in which Alphacools Subzero Thermal Grease is delivered has a screw-on lid. This prevents drying out because you rarely need the whole 3.5 grams of paste at once. Furthermore, this thermal paste is not electrically conductive. If a drop of paste should miss, damage to the hardware is highly unlikely.
