Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Black IceĀ® NemesisĀ® Advanced PC Radiators carry a limited warranty for the lifetime of the product, for the original owner, and when purchased from official channels, except when stated otherwise. Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in original material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained in personal computers.
Under this warranty, Hardware Labs Performance Systems, will repair or replace any product we find to be defective in its original material or construction. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal signs of wear, corrosion, bent fins, paint damage/abrasions, or damage/breakage due to improper use or maintenance. To receive warranty repair or replacement, the owner must send the product for evaluation to Hardware Labs Performance Systems, Inc., in Manila, Philippines or to its designated regional distributors with a proof of purchase.
In addition to the provisions of this warranty, you may also have other rights that can vary by state. No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here.
Liability Disclaimer
Using our equipment requires the user to ensure that all other accessories, i.e. waterblocks, fittings, hoses, clamps, pumps, etc., are secure and leak free prior to operation. This warranty does not cover damage to the userās computer and property due to improper installation and/or failure to acknowledge and accordingly act in these circumstances.
