We recommend the use of email as it is quick, efficient, and lets you and us keep a record of previous correspondence. We aim to reply within 6 business hours however on busy days this might not be possible. Please note, that we only accept emails from email addresses that match a registered customer account. This is due to the large amounts of spam our sales address receives.
If you have a problem with your product and you wish to return it to us, you need to log into your account and generate an RMA number online. If you have any issues in doing this or require any technical advice feel free to contact us via e-mail.
