Shipping and Delivery
1. Free Delivery (If applicable)
Free delivery means..
1. that the value of your order must be meet that advertised if available.
2. that your order is going to be delivered to any UK Mainland address (Scottish Isle's and off shore Isle's are exempt from this offer as well we International customers)
3. that it does not include any third party handling charges, additional insurance you may require, import duties, and any other fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs, which may arise or apply to your order and transportation
4. does not apply to orders which include PC cases/chassis or any case modification services.
5. does not apply to orders over 10kg total weight.
6. is not a next day delivery service (Please use one of courier services at checkout if required)
7. is primarily shipped using Royal Mail but is based on weight and value and may ship via UPS or DPD Local and will arrive within 7 delivery days. (Sat, Sun are not delivery days)

3. Delivery to Billing address on First Order
When you pay for goods via credit or debit cards or by Paypal then unless we specifically agree otherwise delivery is usually to your billing address for the applicable payment method. Alternative Delivery address's can be used after your first initial order to your billing address.
4. Damaged Goods
When you receive your order it is your responsibility to examine goods very carefully for any damage. If there is any damage or if, for example, a parcel shows signs of damage whatsoever you must notify us on the day of you receive it. Where a signed for service is used, please sign for it, 'Received Damaged'. No claims for damaged on arrival goods can be made after 14 working days, you will have been deemed to have accepted any inperfection. Please notify us in writing by e-mail to email@example.com
5. Incorrect Items or Short Delivery
We sometimes dispatch goods from multiple warehouse's to fulfil orders. Your order may arrive in multiple packages at different stages throughout the course of the day. If you receive one package in the morning and you appear to be missing items, please log into your account and checkout your account history.
The account history will show you tracking numbers for all packages sent and if any items have been part shipped due to stock discrepancies or are pre-ordered.
If there looks to be only the one package sent to you and the order doesnt have items listed as backordered, ye you still apear to be missing items, please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please notify us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct any issues.
6. International sales
(a) If you are importing any of our goods you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with importing laws and requirements of the country to which the goods are shipped and this is entirely at your own expense and risk.
(b) In addition to the purchase price of the goods you accept full responsibility for any and all third party handling charges, additional insurance you may require, import duties, and any other fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs, which may arise or apply to your order and transportation.
(c) Whilst we will do all we can to assist (e.g. special packaging etc which may involve extra payment by you to us) we will not be responsible for any non-delivery or import duty charged or any fines or impositions as a result on any import or attempted import.
(d) If the order shipping value displayed is £12.50, this is a quotation as the cart does not have a shipping cost on the weight of your order. Please contact us with your basket contents and country if this happens for an accurate shipping.
7. Non / Failed Delivery
Taking delivery of goods is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery we will do all that we can to assist. However, if the goods are returned to us we will contact you for an alternative address and arrange redelivery at your expense. In any event, the delivery charges are non-refundable.
8. Express Delivery
Our Express delivery services are not guaranteed next day methods. In normal circumstances 99.5% of all our Express items will arrive next day following dispatch notification during a 5 day week cycle (Monday to Friday). If for whatever reason this is not the case and your goods are not delivered, please be patient and check your tracking details provided. No postage refunds on express services can be made. In the event of a courier service not being able to find your address given the details you have provided, please contact the courier quoting your tracking reference as you are the best person to tell them where the delivery address is. If you are having problems contacting couriers, please get in touch with us.
9. Delayed Shipment
Some products listed on our website are ordered on demand and arrive here 1-3 days after your order is processed. When your order is fully allocated by our warehouse, your order ships usually on a Next Day delivery as above depending on the value and weight.
In all cases, the dispatch time (delivery ETA) is displayed on each product listing as the stock status, and also in the Basket when you add an item.
10. COUNTRIES WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Syria, Turkey the Philippines or Yugoslavia.
Please note: If your country is not listed on the drop down box on our registration page HERE, we also cannot ship to your location at this moment in time.
