WatercoolingUK is a trading name of WCUK Online Ltd. Our registered office is at Unit 8, First Avenue, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1JZ and we are a company registered in England under company number 7382807.

(a) Personal Data - data such as full name, company name, address(es), telephone number, e-mail address, and such information related to allowing us to fulfil orders and/or quotations for you.

(b) Non-Personal Data - such as your browsing trends, product clicks. This won't identify a person but just helps us to personalise and improve the service we offer to you and our many happy customers.

(c) Information may be direct (where we ask for that information, for example when you register for a service) or indirect (See "cookies" later).

(d) The personal data we collect is also part of our legal obligation for business accounting and tax purposes.

(e)We do not collect or store card details, or any other sensitive none essential transactional data, nor do we see any full card numbers from our card processing terminal. These are handled and part hashed out by our Payment provider PayPal.

Any information we hold (because of the user agreement or otherwise) will be used, for example, to identify you, run the website and our business efficiently, or for marketing and retargeting purposes (You have the ability to Opt out of Marketing emails via your customer account).  We do have to share some or all of this information with the select 3^rd Party organisations whom our business is partnered with to enable us to offer our service to you;

(b) Linn Systems – We use this software (including their partner apps) to power the Multi-Channel logistics and fulfilment of your order. Their servers are based on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 in London,UK. View their Privacy Policy HERE

(c) Nosto – We use this software for website content suggestions, and re-targeting, including but not limited to basket drop emails for logged in users. View their Privacy Policy HERE

(d) Google Services – We use a range of Google products such as Analytics and Add-words, these help us to understand the content which is being viewed by our users, and also enable us to offer advertising on their platform for key search word items across the internet. (e) Royal Mail – We use the entire extent of Royal Mail’s services (which includes their international partners) to deliver your products and send you acknowledgements via Text or Email in relation to order tracking and updates. View their Privacy Policy HERE

(i)Paypal – We use Paypal as our main payment terminal at checkout, they are our Merchant Service provider for PayPal Website Payments Pro (Hosted), and Paypal Express Checkout, both PayPal and WCUK are PCI DSS Compliant. View their Privacy Policy HERE

(j) Klarna Financial Services - In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
