The attractive exterior of the case is complemented by smart details in the interior. For example, the Z9 Neo Plus has a clean look with gummed cable grommets with Velcro straps and sufficient space for cable management behind the mainboard tray, while a PSU shroud allows a hidden installation of the ATX power supply. Up to two 3.5-inch hard drives or two 2.5-inch SSDs, which can be mounted without tools, are also found here at home.
Two additional 2.5-inch data storages can be accommodated on the mainboard tray and the two drive cages under the cover can be equipped with internal drives as an alternative to the two external 5.25-inch drives. The drive shades of the external drives are concealed by a stylish front flap with integrated insulation. The I / O panel, each equipped with two USB 2.0 and 3.0 connectors, is located on the top of the front panel and a LED light highlights the start button and the USB ports.
Five pre-installed 120-mm fans ensure excellent airflow. There is a removable cover over the fans installed in the cover, which can be used to optimize the removal of waste heat if required. The latter, like the fan installed in the rear, have an LED light that dips the installed hardware into a white light. Up to 240mm radiators can be installed in the front and lid to control gaming hardware via Aio or Custom water cooling.
The Z9 Neo Plus is the ideal base for a powerful gaming system, with several graphics cards of up to 400 mm in length. It also has a large recess in the mainboard tray for the use of large CPU coolers in combination with a backplate to allow a particularly stable mounting of the processor cooler, which may be up to 160 mm high.
